What is psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy is a form of mental health treatment that involves talking with a trained mental health professional to explore and address emotional and behavioral issues. It can help you better understand your thoughts and feelings, develop coping skills, and make positive changes in your life. There are many different types of psychotherapy, each with its own approach and techniques.
